摘　　要：文章从井下无废开采、选矿清洁生产、综合回收、提高资源利用率,到三废治理、尾矿库管理、矿山环境建设、数字化矿山建设等角度,论述了宝山有色矿业为科技创新、绿色开发、可持续发展所做的努力,目的是资源开发利用与环境和谐相处,同时,分析了绿色开发过程存在的问题和今后工作努力的方向。The innovation and cleaning development of Hunan Baoshan Nonferrous Metals Industry Co. Ltd were discussed,including mining without waste,cleaning flotation,comprehensive utilization,treatment and management of wastes,management of tailings pond,environment construction and numerical control of the mine. Some problems and the research emphases in future were proposed.
