砌筑铁水包用搅拌机的研发

摘　　要：砌筑铁水包用搅拌机用于解决搅拌机在使用过程中轴头密封经常失效进泥,轴承旋转阻尼系数增加甚至旋转不起来,防止笨重的搅拌筒体和所搅拌物料的总重量直接作用在搅拌轴上,摆线针轮减速机检查、修理不方便等问题。其技术方案是:在普通砂浆搅拌机的基础上,减小搅拌机筒体钢板厚度;取消搅拌轴与搅拌筒配合处镶嵌的圆锥滚子轴承和轴承压盖,在搅拌筒两端设置外置式支撑座来支撑搅拌轴;在搅拌筒两端设置支架支撑,用于支撑筒体和物料的重量;驱动系统由电动机、摆线针轮减速机驱动改为由电动机、ZQ减速机驱动。该砌筑铁水包用搅拌机已经申请了实用新型专利。The blender for iron ladle masonry has some problems： mud would come into the machine because of the axis head sealing failure, and then the bearing operates difficultly or even can not work, the heavy churn and the weight of stirred materials all press on the stirring axis, the check and repair of cycloidal pin wheel reducer are inconvenient. The blender is reformed ： reducing the thickness of steel plate of churn based on the normal mortar mixer; removing tapered roller bearing and bearing pressing cover inlaid at mating of stirring axis and stirring churn, setting external supporting seats on both heads of churn to support the stirring axis ; setting brackets on both heads of churn to support the weight of churn and stirred materials ; motor plus ZQ reducer are applied to replace motor plus cycloidal pin wheel reducer. This kind of blender has been ap- plied for patent of utility model patent.
