摘　　要：为了控制烧结料层的粒度偏析和透气性,降低边缘效应,改善布料质量,对宣钢360 m2烧结机布料系统进行了改进。改进了布料矿槽衬板、形状,安装了料仓防堵装置;增加了刮料器;同时,将扇形阀门由整体结构改为若干个小阀门;压料辊由1整根改为分段式,改进后达到了预期目标。The distributing system of 360 m2 sinter of Xuan Steel is reformed to control the particle size segre- gation and permeability of charge layer, reduce edge effect, improve distributing quality ： improving the liner and shape of distributing ore tank, installing the anti - blocking device, adding the discharger, changing the fan - pattern valve from bulk structure into several small valves, changing the pressing - material roll from a whole root into sectional type. The reformation reaches the expected goal.
