摘　　要：大学军训教育是学校进行国防教育的主要途径,是学生教育管理的重要环节,是学生进入校园的第一课。通过严格的军事训练,学生吃苦耐劳品质和坚强毅力得到磨炼,组织纪律性得到增强,集体主义观念得到强化。有计划地进行军训教育对培养学生雷厉风行的工作作风、养成良好的生活习惯及顺利开展学生教育管理工作打下坚实的基础。Military training education is not only the main way to conduct national defense education, and an important part of college education and management, but also college students＇ first class of students after entering the colleges. Through rigorous military training, good character and strong determination are achieved, excellent discipline is reinforced and collectivism strengthened. Well-planned military education lies in a solid foundation for education and management, cultivating college student vigorous style of work and developing healthy living habits.
