摘　　要：本文主要通过近年来我国的房价收入比,进而分析具体的普通收入家庭在购房中的实际消费情况,从现阶段我国城镇居民的收入来论证现行房价是否合理,从国际通用的房价收入比来衡量其是否适用于我国国情,以及我国合理的房价收入比应该属于哪个区间,多少房价算是合理的。Based on the analysis on the ratio of China＇s house prices to average income in recent years,this paper mainly analyzes the real consumption in the purchase of houses of specific families with ordinary income,to demonstrate whether the current price is reasonable or not from the point of view of China＇s urban residents＇ income in the present stage,to measure whether the international general ratio of house prices to average income applies to the situation of our country,which range China＇s reasonable ratio of house prices to average income should belong to,and the reasonable house prices
