摘  要:通过对锡磷青铜C5191在均匀化热处理后进行不同温度的低温热处理,并利用金相显微镜表征材料组织结构,以电子万能材料试验机测试机械性能,考察了热处理温度对锡磷青铜C5191组织结构和机械性能的影响.结果表明:锡磷青铜C5191在230℃、220℃、210℃和200℃低温热处理4h后,与未进行低温热处理的锡磷青铜C5191相比,屈服强度得到提高.随着低温热处理的温度下降,延伸率随之下降,而抗拉强度未发生明显变化,屈强比得到显著提高.在200℃热处理4h后,合金的晶粒细化程度最佳,抗拉强度为625MPa,屈服强度达到594MPa,屈强比为0.95,符合高性能锡磷青铜材料的要求.After homogenization heat treatment,the Tin Phosphor Bronze C5191 was tested under different low temperature.The material structure was characterized by optical microscopy.The mechanical properties were tested by electronic universal machine and the influences between heat treatment temperature and mechanical properties of Tin Phosphor Bronze C5191 was discussed.The results showed that,compared with the untested C5191,the yield strength of C5191 which temperature were at 230 ℃,220℃,210℃ and 200 ℃ for 4hwere improved.With temperature decreased of the low temperature heat treatment,the elongation rate decreased,yield ratio improved significantly and the tensile strength did not change obviously.Alloy grain refinement level was best,and its tensile strength was 625 MPa,yield strength was 594 MPa and yield ratio was 0.95.This alloy meet the high performance requirements of the Tin Phosphor Bronze material.
