切削刀具多弧离子镀膜的应用研究

摘　　要：多弧离子镀膜是PVD(Physical Vapor Deposition物理气相沉积)技术中硬质耐磨镀层的主要方法之一,在刀具、模具上应用较多,也是近年来刀具表面强化的主要研究方向.文章研究了多弧离子镀膜技术在高速钢立铣刀表面涂镀纳米复合膜TiN/AlSiN,使其使用寿命得到提高.Multi-arc ion metallic-membrane plating is a major way of hard endurable coating in PVD technique.It was mainly used in cutters and moulds,but has been intensively studied in the surface consolidation of cutters in recent years.The paper mainly introduces the applied researching outcome of coating nano composite membrane TiN/AlSiN onto the surface of high-speed steel end mill in attempt to prolong its endurance.
