四川天府新区文化产业的学理与前景研究

摘　　要：2014年10月天府新区正式成为国家级新区。天府新区自成立以来,区域经济发展迅速。这对于新区的产业发展提出了一个迫切的课题:天府新区应该选择什么样的产业作为其发展方向,或者说作为西部中心级的城市适合走什么样产业的路子。通过态势分析,对天府新区文化产业发展的内外部环境进行全面、系统、准确的分析,使各县市对其本身的优势、劣势有清楚认识,对其外部的机遇和挑战做好心理准备,并为制定科学、合理的文化产业发展战略提供理论依据。产业选择之一的文化创意产业是适合天府新区的未来发展的,因为成都作为内陆城市适合走"无重"经济的发展道路;整个世界处于文化产业的成长周期之中;天府新区的产业规划放在新兴产业(新兴产业也包含文化产业)。同时在文化产业选择上,天府新区适合以文化休闲产业和电影文化产业为核心,辅之以广播影视产业、新闻出版业、网络动漫业、广告会展业、高新技术和文博旅游等产业。Since its setup in 2014,the economy of the Tianfu New District（ TND） has been developing rapidly,which proposes a new urgent issue to the industrial development,Which sort of industrial directions should TND choose,or which road will be suitable as it is the center pole in West China？ The cultural and creative industries are suitable for its future development according to the analysis of the situation,because,as an inland city,Chengdu is suitable to have an economic path of no heavy industry,and the whole world is in the progress of the cultural industry; TND Industry Planning will be in emerging industries（ cultural industries and emerging industries included）. Meanwhile,the culture and leisure industry will be suitable for TND to choose and develops them as its core,supplementing with the radio and television industry,the press and publishing industry,the online animation,the advertising exhibition industry,the high-tech and cultural tourism,etc.
