摘　　要：目的观察肺癌患者放化疗前、后血小板计数及血小板聚集功能的变化,探讨放化疗对肺癌患者血小板聚集功能的影响。方法采用光学比浊法,使用血小板聚集功能测试仪对44例肺癌患者放化疗前、后血小板聚集功能进行测定,并以同期住院的64例非放化疗患者作为对照,应用SigmaStat 3.5系统对检测结果进行统计分析。结果肺癌患者在放化疗后,血小板计数明显下降,与放化疗前比较差异有统计学意义;血小板聚集率明显升高,聚集功能明显增强,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义。结论放化疗使肺癌患者血小板聚集功能增强,导致患者处于高凝状态,易形成血小板血栓。Objective To investigate and explore the effetion of the changes of platelet count and aggregation function in lung cancer patients before and after chemoradiotherapy.Methods Using optical turbidimetry to determine the aggregation function of platelet of 44 patients with lung cancer before and after chemoradiotherapy,compared with 64 patients of non chemotherapy patients as control in the hospital at the same time,and those results were analyzed with SigmaStat 3.5system.Results The platelet count decreased significantly and its aggregation function enhanced obviously in patients with lung cancer after chemoradiotherapy,there were significant differences compared with those before the treatment.Conclusion The chemoradiotherapy enhanced platelet aggregation function in patients with lung cancer,which caused the patients in a hypercoagulable state,and increased the chances of thrombosis.
