摘　　要：社区矫正的"入刑",意味着社区矫正由政策调整转入法律规范的新起点上。在这个重要节点,厘正制度走向极具现实意义。立足操作层面,规划"入刑"后的社区矫正的应然走向应为:以扩大假释为突破口,破解现行社区矫正对象狭小化的瓶颈;以专业社会工作的"嵌入性"发展为契机,型塑社区矫正专业化管理模式;以"风险/需求"模式为理论进路,展开社区矫正风险管控实践。The community correction turning penalty means that the community correction has stood at the new starting point from the policy adjustment to legal norms. In this important node,making clear system direction has the extremely realistic significance. Based on the operating level,the community correction should develop in this way：expanding the parole is the breakthrough point,break the current bottleneck of community correction that the object is narrow; By＂embeddedness＂of professional social work development as an opportunity,shapes professional management mode of community correction; On the theory of ＂risk / demand＂model,makes community correction into a risk control practice.
