安国药材市场中石斛质量现状的调查研究

摘　　要：目的:了解安国药材市场中的石斛质量现状。方法:安国药材市场实地调查,收集不同价格、规格的石斛样品,对其进行红外光谱检测及水分、多糖和醇溶性浸出物含量测定,进行综合分析。结果:石斛样品为多种来源,价格不同,红外光谱显示均为石斛属植物。样品多为枫斗加工品,市场上少有鲜品出售。水分测定结果符合《药典》规定,多糖及醇溶性浸出物含量变化较大。结论:安国药材市场中的石斛药材质量参差不齐,药材价格差距较大。石斛药材的来源和产地、加工方法和规格、外观性状和成分含量是导致药材质量和价格不同的主要原因。Objective： To know the quality status of ＂Shihu （Dendrobe）＂ in Anguo medicine market. Methods： Field survey in Anguo medicine market, collect different price and specifications samples of ＂Shihu （Dendrobe）＂. The Fingerprint Features of samples were studied by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy（FT-IR）; Moisture content, polysaccharide and ethanol-soluble extractives was carried out for chemical components analysis; Results： The samples of ＂Shihu （Dendrobe）＂ had a variety of sources and different prices; The FT-IR Showed they are all the plants of the dendrobium. More processed products called Fengdou and rare fresh herb sold on the market; Moisture content accord with Pharmacopoeia, polysaccharide and ethanol-soluble extractives had Significant difference between samples. Conclusion： The quality of ＂Shihu （Dendrobe）＂ in Anguo medicine market were irregularity, the price gap is bigger. The source and origin, the processing method and specifications and component content are the main reason to create the difference.
