洛阳正骨医院门诊中药饮片处方用药分析

摘　　要：目的：了解洛阳正骨医院门诊中药饮片处方的用药情况。方法：随机抽取我院门诊2011年至2013年中药饮片处方14874张,对处方药味数、使用剂量、使用频率、使用总量功效类别等进行统计分析。结果：中药饮片处方药味数以10-15味药居多;最常用的单味药剂量是10、12及15 g,总频次占57.1%;处方单剂药总重量201-300 g的处方所占比例最高,为56.6%;按中药饮片功能分类以补虚药居第一,使用频率为24.8%,其次为活血化瘀药,清热药,祛风湿药;使用频率位列前10位的依次为甘草、当归、黄芪、续断、川牛膝、延胡索、萆薢、土茯苓、赤芍,使用频率均超过30%。结论：补虚药、活血化瘀药清热药、祛风湿药在骨伤中医院门诊治疗中占有重要地位;实际应用剂量与《中国药典》规定剂量有部分出入;在临床中仍要加强中药饮片的安全使用,做到合理、安全用药。Objective： To know the medication of Chinese Herbal Pieces of outpatient prescriptions in Luoyang Orthopedics Hospital. Methods：Select randomly 14874 pieces of Chinese medicine prescriptions at our clinic from 2011 to 2013 and go on statistical analysis about the herb number of prescription, dosage of use, frequency of use, use of the total, the effective category and so on. Results： The number of Chinese Herbal Pieces the prescription of 10 to 15 is most. The most commonly used single herb dose is 10, 12 and 15g, accounting for 57.08%. The total weight of 201-300 g of single dose of a prescription takes up the maximum proportion of 56.60%. According to functional classification by Chinese Herbal Pieces, tonic medicine ranks first, and the frequency of use is 24.82%, followed by blood circulation, antipyretics, rheumatism medicine, Ranking the top 10 is licorice, angelica, astragalus, teasel, achyranthes root, corydalis, castor seed moss, smilax glabra, and red peony root, the rate of which is more than 30%. Conclusion： Tonic medicine, blood circulation medicine, antipyretic medicine and rheumatism medicine play extremely important role in outpatient treatment of Chinese Herbal Pieces Orthopedics Hospital. But there is some discrepancy between practical application doses and Chinese Pharmacopoeia prescribed doses. In clinical medicine it is still necessary to strengthen the safe use of Chinese Herbal Pieces and make sure that it is reasonable and safe to use.
