柴胡三参胶囊治疗室性期前收缩35例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察柴胡三参胶囊治疗室性期前收缩(痰热夹瘀证)的临床疗效。方法:将室性期前收缩的患者共69例(其中伴高脂血症者26例)随机分为对照组34例和治疗组35例,对照组予稳心颗粒治疗,治疗组予柴胡三参胶囊治疗,观察治疗前后患者的期前收缩次数、中医证候评分以及血脂改变情况。结果:两组患者治疗后期前收缩次数、中医证候、血脂均有明显改善(P<0.05);治疗组在减少期前收缩次数方面优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组在伴随症状心胸憋闷改善方面优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白高于对照组。结论:柴胡三参胶囊治疗室性期前收缩具有减少期前收缩次数、改善临床症状、降血脂等作用,其降血脂作用优于稳心颗粒。Objective： To study the clinical effect of Chaihusanshen Capsule （柴胡三参胶囊） on premature ventricular （Phlegm heat with blood stasis syndrome）. Methods：The 69 patients （26 of hyperlipidemia） were randomly divided into two groups, 35 patients in the treatment group and 34 patients in control group; patients were treated with Chaihusanshen Capsule in treatment group and Wenxin granule in the control group.The number of ventricular contraction, TCM syndrome score, Lipid changing and side effects were observed before and after treatment. Results： The number of ventricular contraction, TCM syndrome score ,Lipid relieved in both two groups （P〈0.05）,The treatment group showed better effect than the control group on the number of ventricular contraction; and the treatment group got better effect than the control group on choklng sensation in chest; after treatment, the treatment group showed lower total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein and higher high density lipoprotein than the control group. Conclusions： Chaihusanshen Capsule can provide effect for premature ventricular beats, on reducing the number of ventricular contraction, relieving TCM syndrome score and depressing Lipid changing, and the lipid-lowering effect was superior Wenxin granule.
