摘  要:泡沫经济崩溃、高等教育适龄人口减少以及政府削减预算令日本高校长期陷于困境。由于高校没能推行彻底的人事制度改革,没有结合社会需求适时调整博士研究生的培养目标与方向,近些年来高校教师市场人才供大于求,新聘教师的雇用走向兼职化和任期制化,年轻研究人员被迫成为高校削减劳务支出的"承受者"。这将导致日本高校专职教师群体进一步老龄化,教师内部出现明显的阶层分化,对高层次人才的培养也会产生负面影响。Japanese colleges have been placed in a difficult situation because of the bursting of the bubble economy,shrinking of the 18-year-old population,and the cut of budget.As colleges failed to implement a thorough reform of the personnel system and adjust the aim and direction of doctoral students' training according to social demand,the oversupply of university teachers and the decrease of permanent teachers become a serious problem in recent years.Young researchers have been forced to endure the pain brought by colleges' personnel cost cut.Most of them are employed as a fixed-term,a full-time or a part-time employee.The aging and stratification of college teachers will have negative effects on the cultivation of advanced human resources.
