摘　　要：目的建立通窍鼻炎片中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法（RP-HPLC）,Diamonsil-C18柱,乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液（12：88）为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长327 nm,柱温30℃。结果绿原酸的线性范围为5.0~50.0μg（r=0.9998）,平均回收率为100.8%,RSD为0.96%（n=6）。结论该法可用于通窍鼻炎片中绿原酸的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Tongqiao Biyan Tablets.Methods A RP-HPLC method was established.The chromatographic column was Diamonsil-C18.The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-0.4 % phosphoric acid（12：88）,with the flow rate of 1.0mL/min,the detection wavelength was 327 nm,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 5.0-50.0μg/m L（r=0.9998）.The average recovery for chlorogenic acid was 100.8 %,with RSD of 0.96 %.Conclusion This method can be used for determination of chlorogenic acid in Tongqiao Biyan Tablets.
