葛根有效成分及其药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：葛根是我国传统中药材,始载于《神农本草经》,主司发表解肌、升阳透疹、解热生津。现代药理学研究表明,其有效成分在维持心血管系统稳定性、保护脑神经、抗氧化、防止肝肾损伤、改善代谢与免疫功能等方面均有一定的药理作用,具有可观的临床应用前景。本文根据近年国内外文献,对葛根的主要有效成分、药理作用及可能机制作简要概述。Puerariae Lobatae Radix is one of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials which was first recorded in Shennong＇s Herbal Classic and possess functions of expelling pathogenic factors from muscles,invigorating splenic yang,and relieving fever and engendering body fluid.It has been confirmed by modern pharmacological studies that the effective constituents from Puerariae Lobatae Radix can play positive roles in maintenance of stability of cardiovascular system,protection of nerves,antioxidation,prevention of hepatorenal damage and improvement of metabolism and immune function,which contribute to significant clinical application prospects.In this article,we make a brief overview on the main effective components and pharmacological effects,as well as the possible mechanism of Puerariae Lobatae Radix based on the recent literature at home and abroad.
