摘　　要：根据疆煤外运物流中心选址问题的特点,分析候选点的S、W、O、T评价因素,利用SWOT定量测度模型对单个选址点及疆煤物流中心候选点构成的煤炭物流网络进行综合评价,并对分析结果增加后评价内容,得到推荐的疆煤外运物流中心选址方案,为实际选址决策提供参考。According to features of site selection of coal logistic center for Xinjiang coal out- ward transport, the author analyzed S, W, O, T evaluation factors of candidate locations and used SWOT quantitative measure model to comprehensive assessed specific location site and coal logistic network which were made by candidate locations of Xinjiang coal logistic center, further- more, the author added post-assessed contents basing on the analysis results and got recommen- ded site selection planning for Xinjiang coal outward transport which providing references for de- cision making of practical site selection.
