摘  要:针对潞安集团余吾煤业公司3#主采煤层瓦斯含量大、煤层透气性低的特点,在S1206工作面开展CO2预裂增透技术试验,用以增强瓦斯抽采效果。介绍了CO2预裂增透技术的基本原理、技术特点,并通过现场试验研究了该技术的施工工艺、作用效果和影响范围等,结果表明:CO2预裂增透技术能够显著提高煤层瓦斯的抽采效果,试验孔的瓦斯抽采量平均提高了81%,同时,钻屑瓦斯解吸指标K1值显著降低,有效缩短了掘进周期,能够较好地满足低透气性煤层卸压增透的要求。Aimed at high gas and low permeability of 3^# coal seam of Lu'an Group, the test of presplitting and permeability-increasing by COz was carried out at S1206 working face to im- prove gas-drainage effect. The basic principle, technical characteristics and process of presplitting by COz were introduced, and its effect and the range of influence were tested. The results showed that the technique of presplitting by CO2 could apparently enhance the gas-drainage effect, with 81% increase of average gas drainage in test hole. Meanwhile, the gas-desorption index of drill- ing cuttings (K1) was reduced sharply and the advancing period was shorten, meeting the re- quirements of pressure relief and permeability increase for low-permeability coal seam.
