臭氧玻璃酸钠及两者联合治疗膝关节骨关节炎临床疗效的对比研究

摘　　要：目的：观察臭氧（O3）、玻璃酸钠及两者联合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果，探索缓解该疾病症状更好的治疗方式。方法根据美国风湿病年会2001年制定的膝骨性关节炎诊断标准纳入82例患者，共120膝关节，随机分为A、B、C三组各40膝关节。关节腔内注射医用O3联合玻璃酸钠；B组关节腔内注射医用O3；C组关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠。记录治疗前及治疗后1、2、3个月VAS评分、WOMAC骨性关节炎指数评分。结果三组患者在治疗后1、2、3个月的VAS评分及WOMAC骨性关节炎指数评分与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；A组与B、C两组在治疗后1、2、3个月VAS评分及WOMAC骨性关节炎指数评分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论通过使用VAS评分及WOMAC骨性关节炎指数评分，O3联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果更佳，远期效果更好且无不良反应，临床应用价值高。Objective To compare the clinical effect of knee osteoarthritis with ozone,sodium hyaluronate and combination treatment,and to explore better treatments. Methods 120 osteoarthritis knees were randomly divided into 3 groups with 40 each.Group A were treated with intra-articular injection of medical ozone combined sodium hyaluronate;group B were treated with ozone alone;group C were treated with sodium hyaluronate alone. The VAS of pain and he WOMAC osteoarthritis index scores were recorded before the treatment and 1,2 and 3 months after treatment. Results The VAS and WOMAC osteoarthritis index scores were significantly decreased at the 1,2 and 3 months after treatment（P〈0.05）.Compared with group B and C,the VAS score and the WOMAC osteoarthritis index score of 1,2 and 3 months after treatment is lower in group A（P〈0.05）. Conclusion By using VAS scores and WOMAC osteoarthritis index scores,ozone conbined with sodium hyaluronate could bring better clinical effect to knee osteoarthritis,better long-term effects,and no adverse reactions,high clinical value.
