摘  要:目的探讨临床分离表皮葡萄球菌附属基因调节因子agr基因多态性,了解表皮葡萄球菌的分子特征。方法收集84株临床分离并经过全自动微生物鉴定系统准确鉴定的表皮葡萄球菌,通过PCR扩增esp和mecA基因准确鉴定和区分甲氧西林敏感表皮葡萄球菌(MSSE)和耐甲氧西林表皮葡萄球菌(MRSE),采用多重PCR扩增表皮葡萄球菌的agr等位基因,分析agr基因多态性。结果 84株临床分离表皮葡萄球菌中,20株为MSSE,占23.80%,其中agrⅠ型5株,agrⅡ型2株,agrⅢ型2株,agr未分型11株。64株为MRSE,占76.20%,其中agrⅠ型37株,agrⅡ型7株,agrⅢ型11株,agr未分型9株。血液来源的表皮葡萄球菌中,agrⅠ型25株,agrⅡ型5株,agrⅢ型10株,agr未分型16株。非血液来源的表皮葡萄球菌中,agrⅠ型17株,agrⅡ型4株,agrⅢ型3株,agr未分型4株。结论临床分离表皮葡萄球菌agr基因存在明显多态性,MSSE中未分型agr较常见,MRSE中以agrⅠ型和agrⅢ型为主。Objective To study gene polymorphism of the accessory gene regulator (agr)in clinically isolated Staphylococcus epidermidis (S.epidermidis),and to find the molecular characteristic of S.epidermidis.Methods 84 strains of S.epidermidis identified accurately by full automation microbiological identification system were collected,and PCR was used to amplify esp and mecA gene to differentiate methicillin-resistant S.epidermidis (MRSE)and methicil-lin-sensitive S.epidermidis (MSSE).Agr typing of clinically isolated S.epidermidis was performed by multiplex PCR. Results Among the strains,20 strains were MSSE,which occupied for 23.80%,and 5 strains belonged to agr type Ⅰ, 2 strains belonged to agr type Ⅱ,2 strains belonged to agr type Ⅲ,and 11 strains belonged to non-typable agr type. While 64 strains were MRSE,occupied for 76.20%,and 37 strains belonged to agr type Ⅰ,7 strains belonged to agr type Ⅱ,11 strains belonged to agr type Ⅲ,and 9 strains belonged to non-typable agr type.Among strains isolated from blood culture,25 strains belonged to agr type Ⅰ,5 strains belonged to agr type Ⅱ,10 strains belonged to agr type Ⅲ, and 16 strains belonged to non-typable agr type.As for strains isolated from non-blood samples,17 strains belonged to agr type Ⅰ,4 strains belonged to agr type Ⅱ,3 strains belonged to agr type Ⅲ,and 4 strains belonged to non-typable agr type.Conclusion agr polymorphisms of the accessory gene regulator (agr)are found in clinically isolated S.epi-dermidis,and agr type Ⅰ and Ⅲ are prevalent among MRSE,while non-typable agr type is common in MSSE strains.
