摘 要:以全氟聚醚、N-N二甲基丙二胺、磷酸、氢氧化钠、聚乙二醇等原料合成了全氟聚醚型两性氟化合物,经乳化制备了纸张含氟防油剂。利用红外光谱对全氟聚醚型两性氟化合物进行了表征,并通过浆內施胶的方法处理纸张,研究了含氟防油剂用量、防水剂用量、助留剂用量、助留剂停留时间等对纸张防油性能的影响。结果表明,在含氟防油剂用量1.8%、防水剂用量5.0%、助留剂用量2.0%,助留剂停留时间11 min、打浆度30°SR时,含氟防油剂具有良好的防油性能,可用于纸品包装提高防油性能。The perfluoropolyether fluorine compound was prepared by using perfluoropolyether, N, N-dimethyl propylene diamine, phosphoric acid sodium hydroxide, polyethylene glycol as raw material, and it was emulsified as a emulsion typeoil-proof agent used for paper. The per- fluoropolyetber fluorine compound was characterized by infrared spectrum. The effect of oil-proof agent dosage, water-proof agent dosage, dosage of retention aid and resident time of retention aid on oil-proof property of the paper was studied. The results showed that the oil-proof agent had excellent oil-repellent property by internal sizing when dosage of oil-proof agent was 1.8%, dosage of waterproof agent was 5.0%, dosage of retention agent was 2.0%, the resident time of retention aid was 11 min, beating degree was 30°SR, and it could be used for packaging paper to improve oil-repellent property.
