补肾益气、化痰通络膏联合舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘的效果及对INF-γ、IL-4的影响

摘　　要：目的观察补肾益气、化痰通络膏联合舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘的效果及对(INF)-γ、白细胞介素(IL)-4的影响。方法于立冬前后15 d,将70例符合入组标准的支气管哮喘患者随机分为舒利迭组和联合组。舒利迭组给予舒利迭(50/250)早晚各1吸。联合组给予补肾益气、化痰通络膏早晚各10mL口服+舒利迭(50/250)早晚各1吸。2组疗程均为3个月。观察2组治疗前后哮喘证候积分及血清INF-γ、IL-4水平变化情况,统计2组临床疗效及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果联合组总有效率高于舒利迭组(P<0.05)。治疗后联合组INF-γ水平高于舒利迭组(P<0.05),IL-4水平低于舒利迭组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论补肾益气、化痰通络膏联合舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘有协同作用,可有效缓解患者症状,升高INF-γ水平,降低IL-4水平,值得推广应用。Objective It is to observe the effects of the paste of reinforcing kidney to tonify Qi, eliminating phlegm to smooth collaterals （ hereafter referred to as the RE Paste） combined with Seretide on asthma and the effect on the levels of INF - γ, IL -4. Methods Before and after 15 days of the fortnightly periods ＂Beginning of Winter＂ ,70 patients were randomly divid- ed into 2 groups： the Seretide group and the combination group. Patients in the Seretide group were received the Seretide （50/ 250） twice a day,while patients in the combination group were received above paste lOmL twice a day for 3 months. Before and after treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups were observed,the levels of INF - γ, IL - 4 were measured respectively and the incidence of untoward effect during the treatments period were compared. Results The total effective rate of the combi- nation group was higher than that of the Seretide group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared with the Seretide group, the level of INF - γ in the combination group was higher（ P 〈 0.05 ） ,while the level of IL - 4 was lower （ P 〈 0.05 ） after treatment. The incidence of untoward effect was not significant between the two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion RE Paste combined with Seretide was syn- ergetic, it could effectively relieve symptoms of asthma, raise the level of INF - γ, and reduce the level of IL - 4. This treat- ment method was worth generalizing and applying.
