不同河道型态对水中PCBs残留特征的影响研究

摘  要:以南京市溧水县白马镇岔河流域为研究对象,测定了夏秋两季(7月和9月)不同河道型态下各采样点水体中14种PCBs同系物的残留浓度。结果发现:1夏秋两季水中∑PCBs浓度介于5.81~276.82ng/L,平均值为63.43ng/L。各采样点夏季PCBs残留浓度要明显高于秋季,从组成上来看,三氯和四氯低氯代联苯的质量分数远高于五氯以上高氯代联苯;2此研究得到各采样点∑PCBs残留浓度由高到低依次为:2#QD(153.71ng/L)〉1#QB1(71.36ng/L)〉2#QX(59.02ng/L)〉1#QB2(46.00ng/L)〉1#QN2(40.26ng/L)〉1#QN1(10.24ng/L);3冗余分析表明,河道型态及其所引起环境指标的改变,对水体中∑PCBs的残留浓度存在着明显影响。14 Polychlorinated Biphenyls( PCBs) congeners in water under different watercourse patterns had been determined in both summer and autumn( July and September) in Chahe River,Baima Town,Nanjing City,China. The results showed that:1The total residual concentration of PCBs in summer and autumn ranged from 5. 81 to 276. 82 ng/L( average value 63. 43 ng/L). The residual concentration of PCBs in summer was greatly higher than autumn for each sampling site. As to the profile of PCBs homologues,the concentration of tri- CBs and tetra- CBs was obviously higher than the concentration of penta- CBs to deca- CBs; 2The total residual PCBs appeared as the following: 1 #QD( 153. 71 ng / L)〉 1 #QB1( 71. 36 ng / L) 〉2 #QX( 59. 02 ng/L) 〉1#QB2( 46. 00 ng/L) 〉1#QN2( 40. 26 ng/L) 〉1#QN1( 10. 24 ng/L); 3Redundancy Analysis( RDA)indicated that watercourse patterns and the corresponding environmental index changes had a significant impact on PCBs residues in water.
