摘　　要：分析了风电工程项目区海拔高、风力强、降雨量大、生态脆弱的特点,针对风电场种草恢复植被难度大、周期长、效果差的现状,提出应用草皮剥离回铺技术以快速有效地恢复项目区植被,发挥水土保持功能。This paper analyzed the characteristic of the wind power projects area with high altitude,strong wind,heavy precipitation and fragile ecological. Based on current status that the vegetation is difficult to restore,the recovery period is long and the effect is not satisfactory,turf removing and returfing technology is proposed which can quickly and effectively recover the vegetation in project area and conserve soil and water.
