个性化综合护理干预对经尿道前列腺电切术后并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨个性化综合护理干预对前列腺电切术后并发症的影响,为预防和减少经尿道前列腺电切术后并发症的发生提供一种可行有效的护理干预方法。方法:选取收治的经尿道前列腺电切术手术患者184例,按住院号尾数单双号随机分为干预组80例和对照组80例,干预组给予个性化护理干预模式,对照组给予常规围手术期护理,比较两组患者术后出血、膀胱痉挛等并发症发生率、对护理工作的满意度和患者健康教育知识掌握情况。结果:干预组术后出血、膀胱痉挛等并发症均少于对照组,干预组患者满意度及健康教育知晓率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:个性化综合护理干预能有效预防和减少前列腺术后并发症的发生,能促进患者早期康复,提高患者满意度及社会效益。Objective To investigate the Influence of personalized comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative complications of transurethral resection of the prostate,and provide an effective and feasible method for prevention and reducfion of these complica-tions. Method 184 patients with transurethral resection of the prostate were randomly divided into intervention group（80 cases）and the con-trol group（80 cases）according to hospital number ending in odd or even. The intervention group were given personalized comprehensive nurs-ing intervention,the control group taken care with routine nursing method. Postoperative bleeding and bladder spasms were compared,and the satisfaction degree of nursing job,mastering of health knowledge were compared between two groups through questionnaires and telephone re-turn visit as well. Results The incidence rate of postoperative bleeding and bladder spasms in the intervention group were lower than the con-trol group. Significant differences were seen in the satisfaction degree of nursing job and mastering of health knowledge（ P〈 0. 05） . Conclusion Throuth strengthening the personalized comprehensive nursing intervention,nurse can significantly prevent and reduce the com-plications of transurethral resection of the prostate and improve patient satisfaction and social benefits.
