摘 要:为满足MEMS无线传感器节点微型化的设计要求,设计了一种能量暂存式集成光电微能源系统。其利用传感器节点功耗特性,采用暂存式能量管理方案,在传感器节点休眠状态存储能量,在传感器节点激活状态为节点供电。并通过设计合适容量的能量暂存器,将光伏电池输出电压控制在最大功率区,提高光伏电池的能量转换效率。设计的能量暂存式能量管理方案能有效解决光伏电池面积较大和能量利用率低的问题。另外,设计系统所用器件具有较好的集成工艺兼容性,且所设计系统具有较好的输出稳定性。In order to meet the requirements of miniaturization for the MEMS wireless sensor nodes, the integrated photovoltaic (PV) micro power system with the energy buffer is introduced in this paper. According to the power char- acteristics of the MEMS wireless sensor nodes, the energy buffer management scheme is adopted, through which the solar energy is stored under sleep state of the sensor node and exported for the sensor node under activated state. The output voltage of solar cells can be controlled within maximum power domain by designing appropriate energy buffer. The solar cells have high output power and conversion efficiency. Thus, the using efficiency of the solar energy is im- proved and the area of the solar cells is effectively reduced by the energy buffer management scheme. Moreover, the devices using in the design of PV micro power system have preferable integrated processing compatibility on chip, and the PV micro power system have better output stability.
