摘  要:设计了一种采用两级分压的35k V电网过电压在线监测装置。一级分压采用低阻尼阻容分压器作为过电压传感器,二级分压采用高阻尼阻容分压。分析了分压器的设计方法,分压器的方波响应良好,工频和冲击分压比一致。采用双缓冲技术和高速采样技术,装置能够在较高的采样率(20MHz)下采集较长的数据(64M),并且缩短间隔时间(小于1s)。工频试验和标准雷电过电压试验表明,该装置具有较高的测量精度,能够准确记录内部过电压和雷电过电压。An on-line monitoring device based on two-stage subdivision for overvoltage in 35kV grid is presented in this paper. A low damped capacitive diVider is designed as an overvoltage sensor in the primary subdivision. A high damped capacitive divider is designed as the secondary subdivision. The divider' s designing methods and response i characteristics are analyzed. The power frequency ratio is in accordance with the impulse ratio. Moreover, with the data double buffering and high-speed sampling techniques, this device can collect longer data, (64 Mbytes) and short- en interval time (less than 1 s) at a high sampling rate ( the device has a good precision and can monitor internal up to 20MHz). The result of the measurement indicates that and lightning overvoltage at a qualified precision.
