摘 要:以甘蓝胞质雄性不育系CMS451及其保持系Y03-6为试材,采用间接酶联免疫(ELISA)检测技术,分析花蕾不同发育时期IAA、ABA、GA3和ZR等内源激素的含量与比值变化,研究甘蓝胞质雄性不育与内源激素含量的关系。结果表明:不育系CMS451花蕾GA3和ZR含量均低于保持系,均呈现先升后降;IAA含量不育系均高于保持系,呈现先降后升,保持系则持续减少;ABA含量在小孢子发育中期不育系低于保持系,后期高于保持系,变化趋势相反;综上可知,甘蓝胞质雄性不育系CMS451花蕾发育过程中内源激素的异常变化与小孢子败育有关。Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) was used as test material, to determine I AA, ABA, ZR and GA3 contents and the ratio of these endogenous hormones, in order to study the relationship between cabbage cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS)and the content of endogenous hormones. These endogenous hormones were taken from buds of cytoplasmic male sterile line (CMS451)and its maintainer(Y03-6) during reproductive period. The results showed that the content of GA3 and ZR in buds of CMS451 were lower than those of its maintainer, their contents increased first and decreased afterwards. IAA content of CMS451 was higher than that of its maintainer and decreased first and then increased while it continuously decreased in maintainer. The content of ABA in CMS451 was lower than that of its maintainer at mid-stage of microspore development,and was higher at the later stage. The results were concluded that, the abnormal hormone change in the bud development of cabbage CMS451 may be related to the microspore abortion.
