摘　　要：针对目前灵武长枣筛选存在的问题,设计出一种小型自动化机械用于灵武长枣的筛选。以灵武长枣长短和粗细作为筛选标准,通过两次筛选,最终筛选出基于长短、粗细两个指标的四个等级的长枣,完成了灵武长枣的分级筛选。理论情况下,以筛选效率为10%计算,该设计每小时至少可以筛选出四个等级共计738.2 kg灵武长枣。Based on the problems existing in Lingwu long jujube screening, a new kind of small automatic machine for the screening of Lingwu long jujube was designed. Using the length and thickness of Lingwu long jujube as the selection criteria, through two steps screening, different kinds of long jujube based on the length and thickness could be screened.Under the theoretical condition, four levels of total 738.2 kg long jujube can be screened out by this design when the screening efficiency is 10%.
