摘　　要：南疆特色果树广泛分布于南疆巴州、阿克苏、喀什、和田、克州等地区,为了加强南疆特色果树种质资源的收集、管理和保护,提高种质资源利用效率和共享,建立南疆特色果树种质资源信息系统非常必要。阐述了南疆特色果树种质资源信息系统的整体设计、系统框架结构、功能设计方法和实现。The fruit trees of south Xinjiang characteristic are widespread in Bayinguoleng Zone, Aksu, Kashgar, Khotan and so on. It is very important to establish the information system of characteristic fruit germplasm resources to collect, manage and protect these resources and improve the utilization efficiency and share these resources. The information system o f characteristic fruit germplasm resources in south Xinjiang including the whole design, frame structure, function design method and implementation was described.
