摘　　要：目的:通过采用对比分析的方法,探讨影响临床免疫检验质量的因素及对策,以此来保证检验结果的准确性和精确性。方法:选取某院检验科各项指标正常的血液样本100份进行免疫检验,将这些血样都分为两份,一份作为实验样本(实验组),另一份为参照样本(对照组),运用散射免疫比浊法进行检验,以免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE)和补体(C3、C4)为观察指标,并将两组检验结果进行对比分析。结果:两组免疫球蛋白与补体的平均指数差异显著,实验组的平均指数均高于对照组。结论:严格控制免疫检验质量,对检验结果的准确性具有重要意义,同时有利于医生准确诊断患者病情,提高临床治疗效果。Objective：To investigate the factors influencing the quality of clinical immune inspection and countermeasures through comparative analysis,so as the guarantee the accuracy and veracity.Methods：Select100normal blood samples and carry out the immunoassay on them.Divide these samples into 2parts,one for the experiment group and another for the control group.Test the samples with scattering immunoturbidimetric assay,which took the immune globulin（IgG,IgA,IgM,IgE）and the complements（C3,C4）as the observation object,compare and analyze the result of the 2groups after the assay.Results：The mean immune globulin index of the 2groups was significantly different,the mean index of the experiment of the control group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion：To control the quality of immunoassay strictly is of great importance to the accuracy of the result and it would help the doctors to determine patients＇ situation,so as to improve clinical effect.
