护理干预在早发型重度子痫前期预防性应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的：研究并探讨预防性护理干预在早发型重度子痫前期的临床应用效果及安全性。方法：选择某院2011年2月-2013年2月间确诊收治的80例早发型重度子痫前期患者,按数字随机分为对照组与观察组各40例,对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上增加采用预防性护理干预,观察两组患者治疗前后各项临床数据变化并作对比分析。结果：研究结果显示,两组患者在入院时焦虑人数以及妊娠并发症方面相比差异不具统计学意义（P〉0.05）;妊娠结束后,两组患者在期待治疗时间、焦虑程度、分娩孕周、新生儿轻重度窒息数量以及围产儿死亡数量等方面相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：采用预防性护理干预方法治疗早发型重度子痫前期患者不仅能够有效缓解患者的紧张情绪,同时还能延长胎儿孕周,改善妊娠结局,效果较好,值得大力推广应用。Objective：To study and investigate the effect of preventative nursing interventions on early onset severe pre-eclampsia and its security.Methods：Select 80 patients received and confirmed with early onset severe pre-eclampsia in some hospital during the period from February 2011 to February 2013 and randomly divide them into control group and observation group based on random number table,40 cases foe each group,treat the control group with conventional nuring and,based that,the observation group were added with preventative nursing intervention.observe that changes of clinical data of pre-treatment and post-treatment and make comparative analysis.Results：According to the result,at the time of hospitalization,in term of the number of anxious patients and pregnant complications,there was no statistical difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）;after gestation,to compare the expectant treatment time,anxiety degree,gestational weeks,the number of newborns with mild and severe asphyxia and the mortality of perinatal infants between the 2groups,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Treating patients with early onset severe pre-eclampsia with preventative nursing intervention would not only relieve patients＇ anxiety but also extend gestational week and improve pregnancy result,it is effective and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
