肺结核咯血病人行支气管动脉栓塞术的舒适护理研究分析

摘　　要：目的:对肺结核咯血患者支气管动脉栓塞术的舒适护理效果进行分析探讨。方法:将某院86例肺结核咯血患者随机分为对照组和观察组,所有患者均行支气管动脉栓塞术,对照组43例患者行常规护理,观察组43例患者行舒适护理,对比两组患者的不适症状的发生率。结果:观察组的不适症状发生率显著低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:支气管动脉栓塞术是治疗肺结核咯血的有效方法,结合舒适护理干预能够显著提高治疗效果,促进患者预后。Objective：To explore the effect of comfortable nursing analysis of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with hemoptysis bronchial artery embolization.Methods：Randomly divided 86 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis in our hospital to observation group and control group,all the patients underwent bronchial artery embolization,43 patients in control group underwent conventional nursing,43 cases in observation group with comfort care,compared two groups of patients with symptoms of discomfort incidence.Results：The symptoms of discomfort incidence was significantly lower than the control group,P〈0.05,with significant difference.Conclusion：Bronchial artery embolization is an effective method in the treatment of hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis,with comfortable nursing intervention can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,promote the patients prognosis.
