摘  要:中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NET)有助机体抵抗病原体入侵。研究表明NET与许多疾病的病理过程有关,包括肺部疾病。急性肺损伤(ALI)或急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS),以及肺部的细菌、病毒、真菌感染都发现了NET。病原体和宿主因素刺激NET形成。NET的某些组分具有免疫原性,且能损伤宿主组织。形成与清除NET之间的平衡是有效杀灭病原体而损伤最小化所必需的,发现与开发调节NET形成与清除的物质有助于设计ALI/ARDS治疗方案。Neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) can help fight against invading pathogens in the host. However, recent studies reveal that NETs contribute to the pathology of a number of diseases including those of the lung. NETs have been identified in the lungs of acute lung injury (ALl) or acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), and lungs infected with bacteria, virus, or fungi. These microbes and several host factors can stimulate NETs formation. Some of the NETs components are immunogenic and damaging to host tissue. A balance between NETs formation and clearance is essential for effectively clearing potential pathogens with minimal damage to the lungs. The discovery and development of compounds that can help regulate NETs formation and clearance would be highly beneficial in designing therapies for ALI/ARDS,
