摘  要:【目的】研究目前国内日光温室复合结构墙体保温层的最佳厚度,为不同保温材料在日光温室墙体中的应用以及日光温室动态热性能分析提供参考。【方法】运用Energy Plus软件建立日光温室动态热性能分析模型,对所建立的模型进行验证。基于建立的日光温室模型和提出经济分析模型,对北京和沈阳地区不同保温材料日光温室墙体保温层厚度进行优化分析。【结果】在典型气象条件下,采用挤塑聚苯乙烯(XPS)、发泡聚苯乙烯(EPS)、岩棉(RW)和玻璃棉(GW)四种保温材料,北京地区日光温室三重结构墙体中的保温层最佳厚度依次约为40、60、110和120 mm;沈阳地区该结构墙体中保温层最佳厚度依次约为50、70、120和130 mm。【结论】分析四种材料的保温性能以及使用环境条件,日光温室墙体保温材料优先使用挤塑聚苯乙烯(XPS),其次是发泡聚苯乙烯(EPS)。【Objective】Chinese solar greenhouse is an energy saving production system that used to grow vegetables in winter. They are mainly located in the northern China and are characterized by passive energy storage without any auxiliary heating. The greenhouse wall is an important thermal mass by passive heat storage and is also the main heating source at night. Therefore,the greenhouse wall plays an important role concerning the vegetable production without additional heating during the winter months. At present,a lot of researches think that the multilayered walls are very suitable for using in solar greenhouse. However,the study of the optimum insulation thicknesses of the multilayered walls in solar greenhouse is very little in the archival literature.【Method】To solve this problem,an analysis model of dynamic thermal performances of solar greenhouse,which was validated by experiment,has been established based on Energy Plus software and an economic evaluation model was put forward in this study. Using the proposed models and selecting four insulation materials,that is,the rock wool( RW),the glass wool( GW),the expanded polystyrene( EPS) and the extruded polystyrene( XPS),the thicknesses of the insulation layer for the four insulation materials were optimized in Beijing and Shenyang regions,respectively.【Result】The analysis results show that: 1) Under the typical meteorological year conditions,the optimum insulation thicknesses of three-layer wall( North wall) of solar greenhouse for the XPS,EPS,RW and GW in Beijing region are about 40,60,110 and 120 mm,respectively and the optimum insulation thicknesses for the four insulation materials in Shenyang region are about 50,70,120 and 130 mm,respectively. Under the optimum insulation thicknesses of the XPS,EPS,RW and GW,the payback periods of the four insulation materials in Beijing region are about 5. 5,5. 5,4. 8 and 1. 9 years,respectively and the payback periods for the four insulation materials in Shenyang region are about 4. 2,4. 1
