摘　　要：该文详细地论述了通用适配器设计中常用的信号转换、负载匹配、信号激励电路的设计方法,并从最大性价比角度出发,提出配置测试资源的理论方法,提高了系统的综合技术性能,减小了自动测试系统的规模与成本。This paper analyze in detail interface adapter define, function, structure and design prin- ciple. Based on maximal capability and price ratio, put forward the theory of collocation test resource, to improve the comprehensive technical performanee of the system, and reduees the size of the outomatic test system and cost.
