摘　　要：目的:设计一种基于射频识别技术(radio frequency identification,RFID)的住院病区药柜,解决目前住院病区药柜管理上存在的问题,保障病区药品安全。方法:在药柜内侧与外侧各配备一个RFID阅读器用于读取药品信息,内有多个抽屉用于单独存放药品,并使用Web Service技术与医院信息管理系统进行集成。结果:该系统可以记录取用人员及药品信息,实现对所存储药品的自动清点,并能够对临近有效期的药品进行及时提示。结论:该药柜能够有效保障用药安全,提高医护人员的工作效率,提升医院的信息化管理水平,具有较大的应用价值。Objective To design a RFID-based medicine cabinet for the inpatient department. Methods The cabinet had two RFID readers respectively at the inside and outside to obtain medication information, which was gifted with several drawers to store medications. Web Service technique was used for the integration with HIS. Results The cabinet could record the information on the medication and the staff involved, count the stored medications automatically and give out prompt in case of nearly-expired medications. Conclusion The cabinet can enhance medication safety and staff efficiency,and thus is of great practical value.
