粉刺治疗仪的研制及临床应用

摘　　要：目的:设计一种粉刺治疗仪,观察应用粉刺治疗仪联合外用药物治疗面部寻常性痤疮的临床疗效与安全性。方法:根据痤疮丙酸杆菌存在热敏感性的原理设计和研制粉刺治疗仪。将40例中度寻常痤疮的患者随机分为2组:试验组采用局部皮损处加温疗法联合外用药物治疗,每位皮损患者每次治疗3 min,每日治疗3次,且每次治疗完毕后同时外用克林霉素甲硝唑搽剂;对照组外用克林霉素甲硝唑搽剂,每日3次。2组治疗后每周进行1次疗效评定,总疗程为2周。结果:试验组与对照组治疗1周的总有效率分别为86.79%、66.67%,治疗2周的总有效率分别上升为94.34%、81.25%,差异均具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用粉刺治疗仪联合外用药物治疗面部寻常性痤疮具有临床疗效高与安全性能好的优势,值得在临床上应用和推广。Objective To design and manufacture an acne apparatus and to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of combined acne apparatus and topic for facial vulgaris acne. Methods The apparatus was developed based on the heat sensitivity of propionibacterium acnes. Totally 40 patients with moderate vulgaris acne were randomized into an experiment group and a control group. In the experiment group, the patients underwent thermotherapy combined with topic liniment of clindamycin hydrochloride, with the therapy time of 3 min and frequency of 3 times per day. In the control group, the patients were treated with topic liniment of clindamycin hydrochloride 3 times per day. Clinical efficacy evaluation was carried out once a week with the treatment course of 2 weeks. Results One-week treatment had the total effective rates of the experiment group and control group being 86.79% and 66.67% respectively, and two-week treatment had the rates being 94.34% and 81.25% respectively, with the difference being significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Acne apparatus combined with topic has high clinical efficacy and safety for facial vulgaris acne, and thus is worthy popularizing clinically.
