摘　　要：目的:探讨影像归档和通信系统(picture archiving and communication systems,PACS)与医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)间的接口方式。方法:对比系统接口常用的3种方式,提出基于Web Services技术的PACS与HIS间数据交换的框架,创建系统间的Web Services接口平台并进行服务调用。PACS通过接口平台获取患者基本信息、申请单信息,更新检查状态,自动计费和回传检查结果。结果:Web Services接口平台能够方便、高效、安全地实现HIS与PACS间的数据交换。结论:Web Services技术适合开发医院系统间的数据接口。Objective To explore the interface between PACS and HIS. Methods An interface between PACS and HIS was developed based on Web Services. Then PACS could acquire the essential information and application form information of the patient, and could update the status of examination, complete charging automatically and return the examination results. Results The data exchange was completed between HIS and PACS efficiently. Conclusion Web Services technology can be used to develop the interface between hospital systems.
