摘  要:目的:探讨PHILIPS V60呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)的临床疗效。方法:将某院重症医学科2013年4月至2014年2月收治的22例COPD行无创正压通气(noninvasive positive pressure ventilation,NIPPV)治疗的患者纳入本研究,入选病例随机分到对照组(n=10)和治疗组(n=12)。每组均进行常规治疗,对照组同时采用鼻导管吸氧,治疗组同时利用PHILIPS V60呼吸机行NIPPV治疗。监测2组治疗0、24、48 h后氧分压(pa(O2))和二氧化碳分压(pa(CO2))的变化情况。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,治疗24、48 h后pa(O2)明显增加、pa(CO2)显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:PHILIPS V60呼吸机行NIPPV治疗COPD患者的疗效显著,可有效纠正患者低氧血症和二氧化碳潴留。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of PHILIPS V60 ventilator in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods Twenty-two patients with COPD hospitalized from April 2013 to February 2014 were divided randomly into a control group(n=10) and a treatment group(n=12), who underwent noninvasive positive pressure ventilation(NIPPV) in the hospital. All the patients went through conventional treatment, and the ones in the control group were treated with nasal catheter oxygen inhalation and the ones in the treatment group were treated with NIPPV with PHILIPS V60 ventilator. pa(O2) and pa(CO2) of the two groups were monitored 0, 24 and 48 hours after treatment. Results There were significantly increased pa(O2) and decreased pa(CO2) in the treatment group 24 and 48 hours after treatment when compared with those in the control group, with P〈0.05. Conclusion NIPPV with PHILIPS V60 ventilator has clinical effects on the patient with COPD, with hypoxia and carbon dioxide retention.
