摘　　要：目的:建立高值耗材管理追溯系统,实现高值耗材在医院内部使用情况的全程可追溯管理。方法:制定高值耗材统一编码标准,生成"高值耗材条形码追踪卡",结合高值耗材管理系统,有效全程监管高值耗材的院内流通情况,实现追溯管理。结果:准确高效地实现了高值耗材院内全程可追溯管理,有效杜绝了临床使用中少费、漏费和错费的现象,真正实现了高值耗材"零库存",占用资金"零成本"。结论:该管理方法在提高科室效益、保障医院资产、保护患者利益等方面体现出良好的社会价值和经济价值。Objective To establish a high-value consumables management and traceability system to realize traceable management of high-value consumables in the hospital. Methods Uniform coding standard was established for high-value consumables to form the barcode tracing card, which could be combined with high-value consumable management system to implement whole-course monitoring of high-value consumable intra-hospital circulation. Results The mistakes in charging for the high-value consumable were avoided, and the cost for it was reduced greatly. Conclusion The system has great social and economic benefits.
