摘　　要：介绍了基层部队卫生装备依法管理的现状,指出了基层部队卫生装备管理存在"法规普及、执法力度、违法追究"的问题,提出了通过加强对卫生装备法规的学习、卫生装备使用人员基地化培训和在卫生士兵职业技能鉴定中增加卫生装备相关内容等措施,提升基层部队卫生装备管理的法制意识,提高基层部队卫生装备的法制化管理水平。The present situation of medical equipment legal management in primary unit is introduced, and the problems are pointed out including failure to observe the law, no strictness in enforcing the law and refraining from punishing lawbreakers. Some measures are put forward from the aspects of learning medical equipment regulations, base training of medical equipment operator and adding medical equipment-related contents into vocational skill evaluation of medic, so as to improve legal management level of the primary unit medical equipment.
