摘　　要：新生代女性农民工作为我国劳动关系中重要而特殊的主体,因其性别、从事行业领域等的特殊性,面临劳动保障缺失、劳动条件恶劣、职业安全与卫生事故多发等问题,其职业安全卫生问题具有复杂性、边缘化等特点,应通过制度建设、强化执法、提升意识与技能、营造安全文化等措施,切实维护新生代女性农民工的职业安全权。As an important and special laborer in our country, the new generation of female migrant workers always faced with many difficult situations, such as the lack of labor and social security, poor working conditions, frequent accidents because of the particularity of their gender and occupation fields. It has the characteristics of complexity,marginalization. We should use various ways to protect their occupation safety really, such as perfect system, strict law enforcement, improvement the related consciousness and skills, construction of safety culture environment,etc.
