摘　　要：借助帕森斯的结构功能主义理论构建相应的分析框架,将社会工作行业视为整个社会系统的一个重要子系统,其对维护整个社会系统的稳定与和谐具有重要的功能。而社会工作行业为维持自身系统的动态均衡与发展,必然要求其行业组织充分发挥"适应""目标实现""整合""模式维护"的功能角色,适应经济社会发展和群众需要,有效实现助人自助的专业目标与社会和谐的社会目标,整合内外资源与行动集聚发展动力,建构行业发展的文化、功能与服务特色,从而实现社会工作行业的有序、健康与持续发展。A framework was constructed based on Parson＇s structural functionalism, in that the industry of social work was considered am important subsystem of the whole social system, which played significant roles in maintaining the system＇s flexibility. The industry of social work also needed to keep its own dynamic balance in development, which necessarily required its industry organizations playing specific functioning roles, including＂adapting＂＂objective realization＂＂integration＂ and ＂mode maintenance＂. These industry organizations should adapt to the economic social development and people＇s need, effectively realize the professional objective of help-peoplehelp-oneself and social objective of harmonious society, integrate resources and generate dynamics, and construct the culture, function and service characteristics of its industry development, so as to enable the industry of social work development in order, healthy and sustainable.
