基于一级学科的公安学建设水平管窥——以国家社科基金立项数据为研究视角  

A Study on the Development of Public Security Science as a First-Level Discipline ——from the Perspective of Data Analysis on Projects Supported by National Social Science Foundation

摘　　要：公安学作为国家一级学科,建设已有三年时间,对建设水平进行学理评估研究很有必要。学科建设实践表明,一个学科的发展成熟,与一个个基金项目研究并产生一系列重大科研成果不无关系。以全国哲学社会科学规划办公室网站和国家社科基金数据库中与"公安学"主题相关的180个有效样本为对象,对国家一级学科公安学建设状况进行论证性分析,获得如下结论:国家社科基金对公安学研究项目资助力度空前,普通高校是研究主力军,研究的跨学科性和多学科融合特征明显,大体属于应用对策性研究等。It is of vital importance to implement academic evaluations on the development of public security science,w hich w as established as a national first-level discipline three years ago. Empirical evidences show that the development of an academic discipline has a strong correlation w ith the projects supported by funds and research achievements thereof. This paper aims to analyze the development of public security science as a first-level discipline by bibliometric methodology. There are 180 valid samples in this study,w hich are selected from ＂Public Security Science＂catalogue in the Project List by National Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Science. The conclusion indicates that： 1） the support for studies on public security science from National Social Science Foundation is unprecedented; 2） the major body of the research is universities in general; 3） inter-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary approaches are w idely adopted and 4） most of the studies focus on the implementation of strategies in public security science.
