异地新建医院医疗工作的展开和管理

摘　　要：随着中国城市化进程的加快,城市布局和结构发生了巨大变化。过去集中于中心城市和中心城区的医院布局已经不能满足人们日益增长的医疗需要,因此迫切需要一批技术力量雄厚的大医院在医疗相对薄弱的区域建立全新的综合医院。由于异地新建医院医疗工作有其特殊性,因此有必要对其管理方法展开研究和探讨。本文以解放军总医院海南分院医疗工作的展开和管理为例,对新建医院的管理方法进行探讨。With the rapid urbanization in China, great changes have taken place in the layout and structure of cities. The past arrangement of hospital in central city or central urban district cannot meet the increasing medical needs, thus, a variety of comprehensive hospitals are needed to be established in new regions that are relatively weak in medical treatment supported by some largehospitals with high technological backgroud. Due to the particularity of curative activity in off-site built hospital, it is necessary to carry out research and discussion on the project management method. In this paper, the medical construction project of Hainan branch of Chinese PLA General Hospital is demonstrated as an example, and the project management of new off-site built hospital is discussed.
