摘 要:以某型SUV车在怠速工况时,车内存在"嗡鸣"异响噪声为研究对象,运用频谱分析法、声学互动滤波法、主观评价法,实现对异响噪声频率成分的确认。再通过综合运用传递路径分析法、近场测量法、铅包覆法等噪声源识别方法,实现异响噪声源的快速识别,并确认发动机正时罩盖为异响噪声源。最后利用模态分析技术对噪声源进行结构优化,大幅降低其辐射噪声,最终达到有效改善车内声品质,提高整车NVH性能的目的。The abnormal buzzing noise inside an SUV under idle condition was studied. Some methods, such as spectrum analysis, acoustic interactive filtering and subjective evaluation, were utilized to analysis the components of the abnormal noise frequency. Some noise source identification methods, such as the transfer path analysis, near field measurement,lead wrap etc., were used to rapidly identify the abnormal noise sources. The engine timing-cover was found to be the main abnormal noise source. Finally, the structural optimization of the abnormal noise source was realized using modal analysis technique, and the radiation noise of the timing-cover was greatly reduced. The interior sound quality and the NVH performance of the vehicle were improved.
