摘　　要：吕培文主任医师临床擅长治疗各种中医外科疾病,秉承先师的学术思想,结合自己40余年的临床实践,形成了特有的治疗经验。1顾护脾胃,主要表现在健脾益气、健脾和胃、治脾调肝、脾肾同治4方面。2在外科辨证论治中注意整体和局部辨证相结合、疮疡首辨阴阳、注重体症结合。3调和气血。LYU Peiwen chief physician specializes in the treatment of various TCM surgical diseases.By upholding the tutor＇s academic thinking and combining clinical practice for more than 40 years,he has formed a unique experience of treatment.1Nursing spleen and stomach is mainly in the following four aspects：strengthening spleen and replenishing qi; invigorating spleen and stomach; treating spleen and regulating liver,simultaneous treatment of spleen and kidney.2In the surgical treatment,global and local syndrome differentiation should be combined.Sores and ulcers should be divided into Yin and Yang syndromes and the combination of symptoms and signs should be paid attention to.3Qi and blood should be regulated.
