摘　　要：心悸是临床常见的一种疾病,西药不能有效的治疗心律失常,在临床中治疗心悸中医发挥着不可或缺的作用,本文主要阐述心悸的病因病机,结合目前的实践经验和临床研究,简要分析归脾汤在心悸中的运用。Palpitation is a commonly disease in the clinical,Anti-arrhythmic drugs of western medicine can not treat it effectually,traditional Chinese medicine plays an indispensable role in the clinical treatment of palpitation.This thesis mainly expounds etiology and pathogenesis of application.Combined with empirical and clinical findings,the author briefly analyses the application of Guipi Tang in palpitation.
