摘　　要：目的:观察逐瘀止血汤加减治疗排卵期出血的临床疗效。方法:对85例符合排卵期出血诊断标准的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予口服逐瘀止血汤加减,对照组给予口服戊酸雌二醇治疗。结果:治疗组患者中总有效率95.75%,对照组患者中总有效率81.40%。两组疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:逐瘀止血汤加减治疗排卵期出血有较好的疗效。Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of modified Zhuyu Zhixue Decoction on ovulation bleeding.Methods：85 cases that met diagnostic standards were randomly divide into treatment group and control group.The treatment group took the Modified Zhuyu Zhixue Decoction and the control group Estradiol Valerate tablets.Results：In treatment group,the total effective rate was 95.75%.For the control group,the total effective rate was 81.40%.There was obvious difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The Modified Zhuyu Zhixue Decoction has good cure effect on ovulation bleeding.
